What we collect
To send you an order we need your name, shipping address, email address and, optionally, a phone number for the carrier. That is it.
We also collect basic analytics about how the site is used, and advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok) may set cookies to measure whether an ad led to a purchase.
What we never see
Your card details never reach our servers. Payment fields are hosted by Stripe inside their own secure frame; we receive only a payment confirmation and the last four digits.
Who we share it with
Only the companies needed to actually fulfil your order:
• Stripe — to process the payment.
• CJ Dropshipping — our supplier, who receives your shipping address so they can ship your parcel.
• Resend — to deliver order confirmation and shipping emails.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.
Support conversations
Our customer support is handled by an AI assistant that can look up your order and answer questions about it. If it cannot help, a person takes over. Either way, the assistant will tell you it is an AI if you ask. Support messages are stored so we can follow up on your case.
Your choices
Write to support@dropipoint.com to get a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. Marketing emails have an unsubscribe link in every message and we act on it immediately.
