Who you are buying from
DropiPoint is operated by MakiPoint LLC, a company registered in Florida, United States. Contact: support@dropipoint.com.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we charge your card and send a confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will cancel and refund in full rather than substitute something.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars and include shipping. The price you are charged is the price shown at checkout at the moment you pay. Prices can change, but never after you have paid.
If a price is listed in obvious error — a decimal in the wrong place — we may cancel and refund the order rather than honour it. We will tell you if that happens.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying you confirm you are entitled to use the payment method.
Returns
See our returns and refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, scrape or overload the site, and do not order with the intention of committing fraud or a chargeback you know to be unfounded.
Limits
We stand behind what we sell and will refund or replace anything that arrives damaged, wrong or not at all. Beyond that, our liability is limited to what you paid for the order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
